Tommy Weilbacher has been in the healthcare space for over 20 years. He is the former Area Vice President for Johnson & Johnson Orthopedic business where he was AVP of the Year in 2021. He has extensive experience developing strategy to increase market share by working with both Direct and Distributor employees while developing contracts and agreements that help create long-term partnerships and collaborations.

Prior to the Area Vice President role, Tommy was the Regional Manager for Johnson & Johnson Orthopedics for the Midwest markets. During these 6 years as Regional Manager, Tommy was top 10 in the country 5 of 6 years, finishing Region of the Year in 2014. In addition, Tommy has extensive experience developing diverse partnerships, strategy, and team members to accomplish new innovative solutions.

Tommy Weilbacher holds an MBA degree from The Ohio University (2018) and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration (2002) from The Ohio University. He also was voted captain for the Ohio University Football Team.
