Growing up working day and night on his family’s dairy farm in Southern Minnesota, Mike Drummer learned the value of hard work early on, and now is one of the principle partners of Circular Strategy Holdings. After college, he jumpstarted his first landscaping business through cold calls and determination. With early success, only several years later he and his brother joined forces to begin Drummer Construction, where Mike began a long, successful 30-year career in real estate development. More recently, alongside industrial and residential development, he began one of Minnesota’s first vertically integrated hemp businesses, allowing hemp products to be created and traced from seed to soil to consumers. With Circular Strategy Holdings, Mike continues to emphasize the importance of strategic relationships, synergies, and grit to propel our network of businesses to success.
